It's produced by Buddhist Education Centre of Taiwan (also LiveTV of Taiwan which was founded by Master Hai Tao).This animation cartoon has been divided into 8 parts. And each part can be watch online or downloaded for offline watching. You can choose to download as VCD file or as flash movie. The animation videos are for free distribution and not for sale.
This chapter is usually called as "Pu Men Pin". It's about merits and the transformations of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva. This Bodhisattva will always transform himself into many forms in order to save all sentient beings. He is also said that as Bodhisattva who answers every being's prayers. He has great affinity with all beings in the universe, especially this Saha world. He is also called as "The Great Compassionate Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva.
